The most important part of the recruitment process is to identify the clients requirements and provide CV's of candidates who meet those requirements, at Paul Mitchell Associates we listen to your needs.

The best way to kick start the process is by meeting with you, one of our experienced Consultants will visit your premises, discuss the vacancy you're looking to recruit for, view the working environment and gather any additional useful information.

 
 
 
 

Registration Interview

At the point of registering candidates are asked to attend a Registration Interview with at least 2 of our experienced consultants, at this interview we discuss in further detail exactly what the candidate is looking for, their future career plans, as well as getting a feel for them as a person. 

 

 

Online Skills Testing


Candidates who register are asked to complete an Online Skills Test via ISV, we conduct Excel testing for Finance staff and Data Entry testing for Administration candidates. The results of these are available to clients on request and if any clients wish to undertake the tests themselves please get in touch with one of our Consultants.

Prove It! offers the ability to conduct over 1,500 different online tests from Purchase Ledger to Payroll, Filing to Customer Services. We can test anything a client wants, ask your Consultant for more information.

 

The Results

So when a client asks for an Assistant Accountant whose Outgoing and has Advanced Excel skills, we can immediately pull on existing knowledge and get the process started.
