Job Description

Accounts Clerk. Our client is a small but expanding successful business based near to Kings Cross station. As a result of expansion it is seeking to recruit someone into its finance team.

To provide financial and administrative support to the Finance Director and other departments

The Accounts Clerk will ensure the efficient operation of the purchase ledger and sales ledger of the Company, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operate the purchase and sales ledgers of the Company
* Credit control and reconciliation of supplier statements
* Assist in preparation of Customer and Account Manager Profitability statements
* Assist in preparing trading analysis, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Preparing weekly and monthly analysis of sales and costs
* Provide sales and profitability analysis as and when requested
