10414 - Accounts & Office Manager Job Spec
Location: North Leicestershire

Our Client, a successful small company near Loughborough, is looking to recruit an Accounts & Office Manager with can also provide PA cover on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties / Responsibilities

*Receive and file rebate paperwork on a daily basis, checking manual and system numbers all present,
*Marry up rebate paperwork to relevant purchase invoices,
*Process all purchase invoices,
*Reconcile supplier statements,
*Receive and process all sales invoices,
*Credit Control,
*Post daily bank transactions and reconcile,
*Make bank payments as and when,
*Assist Director with email/letter writing.

Month End
*Produce and file on-line monthly EC Sales List,
*Check all sales invoices received for Month,
*Monthly Bacs Run,
*Collate rebate paperwork not yet invoiced for previous month,
*Produce Profit and Loss,
*Collating and email month payroll to accountants.

*Receive and Process APB Rental Statement,
*Vat Return.

*Weighbridge Office cover as and when needed,
*Looking after HR with assistance of outsourced legal company,
*Online Health & Safety administration,
*Any other ad-hoc duties,
*PA Cover.

The Successful Candidate
*Experience of SAGE 50 (desirable)
*Used to dealing with confidential matters, desegregation is key
*Solid communication skills both verbal and oral

*Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (subject to experience)
*Hours: full-time permanent
*Holiday: 28 Days (20 + STAT)
*Auto Enrolment Pension
*On Site Parking
