Job Description

Purchase Ledger Administrator. Our client, based in Leicestershire is looking to recruit a number of Purchase Ledger Clerks on an ongoing basis. Ideally being immediately available or on a short notice period, you will possess excellent communication skills, have first-hand knowledge of dealing with Customers and have previous Accounts experience. A solid knowledge of Excel is also ideal for this. The role will involve;
* Purchase Ledger Reconciliation
* Approval of Invoices against Purchase Orders
* Updating the Purchase Ledger
* Query handling
* Assist in the preparation of Payment files
* To work closely with the rest of the department
