Location: Leicester

Overview
Our Client, a leading company based in Leicestershire, are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing & motivating the accounts receivable team to achieve departmental objectives whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards (both internally & externally).

Duties / Responsibilities
*Monitor and progress work process (8/10 team members),
*Cash allocation and posting
*Producing reports as required
*Reconciliation of statements for team
*Ongoing review of staff and performance
*System and procedure review

Essential Candidate Qualifications / Skills:
*Current or previous experience as a team supervisor,
*Understanding of accounting processes & functions of Accounts Receivable,
*Experience leading & developing a team (8/10 team members) with the ability to motivate staff; be assertive and decisive,
*High level of attention to detail,
*Strong communication skills,
*Background in finance and ledgers,
*Resolving reconciliation issues - problem solving skills,
*Systems: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)


Package
*Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 per annum (permanent)
*Hours: Full-time (40hrs per week)
*Holiday: 30 days (22 + STAT)
*Company Pension
