Location: Leicester

Summary
Our client, headquartered in Leicester, specialises in the overseas sourcing of clothing & apparel for a variety of well-known brands.


Job Duties / Responsibilities
Accounting
*Maintaining and updating the Sales Order Schedule,
*Raising and posting sales invoices,
*Verification & posting of factory, freight and duty invoices,
*Maintaining records for recharges to customers,
*Maintaining records for recoverables from factory,
*Other supporting accounting duties as and when required,
*Reporting to Finance Manager.

Administration
*Maintaining of order shipping schedules,
*Planning customer order deliveries,
*Regular communication with offshore sister company, freight forwarder and customer regarding order deliveries,
*Uploading factory packing lists,
*Management of all shipping documents from bank, freight forwarder and factories.

Reporting
*Preparation and analysis of monthly sales reports,
*Preparation and analysis of monthly margin reports,
*Preparation of other KPI reports as and when required.


Attributes:
*Must have good experience of Sage Line 50,
*Must be good at developing and maintaining Excel spread sheets,
*Committed worker who is able to work alone and as well as part of a team,
*Prior accounts clerk experience,
*Highly organised with good administrative and planning skills,
*Effective communication skills.


Package:
*Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time 8:30am - 5:00pm (30mins lunch)
*Holiday: 23 days + STAT (rising to 25 days after two years)
