Primary Purpose of role:

To provide a professional Administration service to the company and support the Human Resources Department in their role and duties to provide an effective HR Service to the company.

Key Accountabilities:

*Ensuring the delivery of highly efficient administrative support including the maintenance of all employee records both manual and electronic
*Cleansing historical data from employee files in line with current legislation
*Provide efficient administrative support for the HR department
*Scanning, photocopying and filing for the HR department
*Processing invoices for the HR department
*Preparing offer documentation packs and induction booklets
*Maintain holiday spread sheet for Kettering based employees
*Assist with HR monthly reports
*Maintain the administration of the fleet
*Maintain administration of ad hoc awards & Long Service Awards
*Provide cover on reception as and when required.
*Provide assistance on any other ad hoc tasks for the HR department as required.
*Follow Company Health and Safety procedures and responsibilities as outlined in the Health & Safety Policy as per section:
