Job Description

Our client a successful business based in Coalville are looking for a Buying Administrator to join there small friendly team working in a fast pace environment.

In this role you will be responsible for administrative duties, supporting the team, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.

The role: -

- Assisting the administration process for the buying team
- Using in house computer system to raise purchase orders. Training will be provided.
- Receiving information & controlling a contract documentation system
- Updating internal systems and databases as and when required
- Answering the telephone and relaying messages
- Many other office and administrative duties

The person: -
- Strong administration with the ability to effectively manage conflicting changing priorities
- Must be competent in Microsoft office
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Efficient, enthusiastic, highly organised with a positive "can-do" approach
- Self-motivated with experience of working on own initiative
- Friendly and cheerful with a passion for getting involved and making a real difference to the team

This role is Full Time - 9-5.30pm
