Job Description

Our client a successful growing manufacturer are looking to appoint an Account / Office Assistant to their small friend team.
The role is being recruited on a Temp to Perm basis so candidates should ideally be available immediately or on short notice.

The role:
* Assisting the finance department (SAGE experience essential)
* Processing of Sales Orders
* Dealing with Customers / Suppliers on the telephone
* Telephone work / covering Reception etc
* Dealing with Logistics to ensure deliveries occur
* Other Admin duties as required by the business

The candidate:
* Solid computer skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* A good telephone manor
* Experience of using SAGE
