10155 - Credit Control Administrator
Location: North Leicester
Reporting to: Credit Control Supervisor

Our client is a long-established company based in North Leicester who supply products nationally. They are seeking a full-time permanent Credit Control Administrator. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, you will be providing administration support to the Credit Control department facilitating the timely collection of cash from the group sales ledgers.

*To apply and monitor the authorised credit limits,
*To maintain the Customer address book details,
*To process the credit notes received,
*To review and enter the daily cash received,
*To maintain and control the month end reconciliation process,
*To maintain DSO and overdue reporting processes.

Qualifications / Experience:
*Excellent telephone manner & communication skills,
*Efficiency & confidence,
*A flexible & reliable approach to work,
*Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure,
*Effective management of working time & being able to prioritise tasks,
*Attention to detail.

Previous experience in a Credit Control environment would be preferable, though suitable training will be provided to the right applicant. Experience of Microsoft Office.

*Salary: £19,000 per annum, full-time 40hrs pw
*Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm (1hr lunch)
*Holiday: 25 days + STAT (incl. 3 days for Xmas)
