Job Description

Our client, based in Leicester, is currently recruiting for a Customer Care clerk to join their friendly team.
This is a fast paced company and we're looking for an experienced confident individual who can hit the ground running.

This is an urgent requirement so ideally candidates would be immediately available.
This is a Full Time role, working hours 8-6 Mon-Fri.

You must have excellent IT & literacy skills, with particular emphasis on spelling and grammar, and have achieved a minimum A*-C in English and Maths at GCSE level.

You will have good organisational and communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and be confident with speaking to a range of different people.

Purpose of the role
To provide support to our fleet drivers and customers with vehicle maintenance bookings and breakdowns.

Key Tasks

*Take and manage new breakdown cases
*Proactively make maintenance and MOT bookings
*Make vehicle rental bookings to cover vehicles off the road
*Ensure the welfare of any drivers and passengers who are roadside
*Accurately entering data to our fleet management system

*Computer literacy, in both Microsoft applications and our own in-house software.
*Excellent organisation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
