10538 - HR Employee Relations Advisor Job Spec
Our Client, an established company based in Northampton, are seeking to recruit a HR Employee Relations Advisor to join their Shared Service team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will own and be responsible for providing effective, responsive employee relations advice / support over the phone to all businesses within the Group. If you have the personal drive and ambition to achieve set standards and deadlines, then this varied opportunity would be a great challenge to develop your existing employee relations experience.
You'll need to be passionate in providing a collated service to our colleagues, as this is a multi-site telephone advice role, which includes advising on the following:
*Employment legislation and mediation,
*Producing cases plans for Line Managers to carry out hearings,
*Case manage grievances and appeals together with attending complex cases when required.
Your employee relations knowledge & experience will be further utilised by reviewing and amending company policies as legislation requires, whilst also working with Business Partners on critical HR projects; advising on legislation, best practice and identifying/managing risk.
You will also be designing & delivering employee relations training to up skill & empower line managers, as well as increasing the subject knowledge of colleagues on management development programmes.
Qualifications / Requirements
*Part or fully qualified CIPD
*Good HR / Employee Relations experience in a large commercial environment
*IT Literate (full MS Office)
*Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time 37.5hrs Mon-Fri 8:45am to 5:00pm
*Holiday: 33 days (25 + STAT)
*Bonus: up to 15% per annum (Company & KPI)
*Pension: 1:1 EM/EE ratio / between 2% - 7% (10% after 5 years)
