10221 - Merchandising Admin Assistant Job Spec
Location: Leicester

Summary
Our client, headquartered in Leicester, specialising in the overseas sourcing of clothing & apparel for a variety of well-known brands.


Job Duties / Responsibilities
Customer Administration
*Chasing & checking customer orders,
*Raising Island Clothing purchase orders for factories,
*Various administration and reporting duties as and when required.

Testing
*Chasing and updating test reports on customer Intranet system. Managing shipment samples.

Merchandising Assistant
*Supporting merchandisers in the management of production critical paths,
*Providing general back up support to merchandising teams as required,
*Working closely with Logistics department regarding status of deliveries,
*Supporting logistics department during absences/holidays.


Attributes:
*Must have previous administration experience
*Numerate
*Good organiser & planner
*Good communication skills


Package:
*Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time 8:30am - 5:00pm (30mins lunch)
*Holiday: 23 days + STAT (rising to 25 days after two years)
*Pension
*Parking
