Job Description

Our client, based in Shepshed, have engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant.

Duties:
* Purchase Ledger - Matching, Batching & coding invoices
* Payment Runs
* Foreign Payments (Euro & USD)
* Supplier Statement Reconciliation
* Daily Sales Reports
* Assist with annual stock take
* Ad- hoc tasks

Further training will be given to expand the role.

You will have strong computer skills and will be confident using Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Sage or Opera would be beneficial but is not essential.

Hours: 2 full days per week (Monday and Tuesday)8:45am - 5:00pm

This is a job share and the days and hours are set.
