Payroll & Pensions Manager.

Our client, a major Leicester organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager to manage its Payroll department.

The Role:
*Responsible for the processing of 2 x monthly payrolls - c.3,000 and c.600)
*Responsible for pension scheme processing and monthly returns for 3 main pension schemes. The organisation is also introducing an Auto Enrolment scheme next year.
*Responsible for RTI and Auto Enrolment activities and Government Gateway interface (ie incoming tax notices, etc)
*Responsible for the monthly payrolls BACS payments to all employees.
*Responsible for a team of Senior Payroll and Pension Administrators, and an Assistant Payroll Manager, reporting into the Head of HR
*Experience of managing a Public Sector/Higher Education payroll or similar.
Salary is range from £36,000 - £47,000 + Excellent Pension
* SAP experience is preferred, although not necessarily essential.
