Location: South Leicester

Our Client is looking for a full-time Receptionist to manage their front desk on a daily basis, and to perform a variety of administrative duties.

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company. The Receptionist duties include offering team administrative support, receiving & directing phone calls to relevant departments, distributing correspondence & customer service enquiries, 'meet & greet' guests visiting the company (incl. hospitality). You should have a pleasant personality and a professional outlook.

·Greet & welcome guests as they arrive,
·Direct guests to the appropriate departments,
·Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls,
·Ensure the reception is organised at all times,
·Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries daily,
·Maintain office security by following office procedures (monitor the logbook/register),
·Look after data, filing and photocopying as required.

·Receptionist / secretarial experience would be advantageous,
·Excellent organizational skills are required,
·Computer-literacy is essential, whilst experience with other office equipment would also be advantageous,
·A professional attitude & appearance is essential,
·Solid verbal & written communication skills are vital with a pleasant phone manner.

·Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
·Hours: Full-time, Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm
