10420 - Relationship Manager Job Spec
Location: Leicester

Our Client, an established Leicester based company, is looking to recruit a Relationship Manager in their recruitment finance dept. on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing support to the Credit Control team, coordinating & facilitating the timely collection of debt from clients.

Responsibilities:
*Working with & providing support to the credit control team in accordance with agreed standards and targets,
*Deliver the highest levels of customer service & ensuring that Client needs are met,
*Maintaining security & confidentiality of client portfolio,
*Effective communication skills (internally & externally),
*Any other ad-hoc duties related to the role.

Reporting to: Recruitment Finance Manager


Key Skills:
*Communication skills: maintain a high level professional conduct with customers (face-to-face, phone, email & in written correspondence),
*Provide excellent customer service,
*Sound understanding of the products the company provides & generate new business,
*Managing credit control of debtor list, monitor conditions, completes risk factor reports & monthly portfolio reviews,
*Collaborate with team colleagues to achieve sales / KPI targets,
*Good listening skills and understand how & when to action information,
*Attention to detail, organised & effective deadline adherence,
*Good decision-making ability and the will to say 'no',
*Demonstrate excellent numeracy,
*IT Skills: competent user of Microsoft Office. Experience with Risk Factor systems an advantage.


Experience / Requirements of the Role
*Experience: Insolvency & risk management in a commercial / financial environment,
*Skills: basic financial knowledge, risk awareness, exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication with good attention to detail & grasp of IT skills,
*Qualifications: ABFA (Asset Based Finance Association), customer service.

Exceptional customer services experience is ESSENTIAL. Experience in credit control / recruitment / payroll is preferred.


Package:
*Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-time, 35hrs Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm (1hr lunch)
*Holiday: 33 days (25 + STAT)
