Job Description

Accounts Assistant required for our North West Leicester based client on a temp to permanent basis.

You must have a basic understanding of a Sales Ledger / Credit Control processes including:

Position Summary
As Accounts Assistant, you will be required to process Invoices on the purchase Ledger and then recharge them out as Sales Ledger Invoices. Your role will also involve:
* One off Purchase Invoices to be recharged out
* Credit Control (making approx. 5 calls a day and sending letters)

Required skills and experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Must have excellent Excel skills and attention to detail is essential
* Capable of working both alone and as part of a team
* Effective time-management & prioritisation skills
