Our client based in Northamptonshire has recently reviewed its structure, which has created a new Senior Project Manager position.
This opportunity will be to join an already successful growing team of Project managers.

The successful applicant will work with the Head of Service to embed a performance culture within the organisation.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and self-motivation, with the ability to achieve operational objectives and performance targets through strong performance management skills.

To be considered for this post, you must be able to demonstrate:

*Experienced Project Manager (5 years +) / Senior Project Manager
*Pro-active, driven individual capable of working within a team environment
*Able to lead a project and report directly to a Client
*Good understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports
*Professionally qualified (preferably MRICS, MCIOB) with a Consultancy background.
*Candidates that are in the process of gaining a professional qualification will be considered
*Profound knowledge of project management principles and an understanding of programme management principles e.g. PRINCE2, Agile.
*Extensive experience of successful delivery of technology led projects in a business environment. Ideally this experience will be in construction, industrial, education or healthcare is desirable.
*Experience and 'hands on' expertise in configuration, setup and integration with business applications, specifically EDRMS solutions.
*Solid experience of project management at a senior level delivering major business capability investments.

Your responsibilities will include;

*Successful delivery of projects with specific focus on making better use of our current systems.
*Closely engage with the business to improve the accessibility of information, enhancing business capability and customer experience.
*Ensure projects are delivered to specification, within defined tolerances and with appropriate contingency planning aligned to the organisation programme and project management toolkit.
*As Project Manager you will be responsible for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
