Location: Leicestershire / Northamptonshire Border
My Client, a prestigious organisation based near the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire border, is seeking an Accounts / Data Input Admin on a full-time interim basis.
Working in conjunction with the credit team, the successful candidate will be predominantly responsible for administration & data entry, though there will also be some cash allocation. The ideal candidate will possess previous data admin experience within a large organisation. Responsibilities include:
*Some cash allocation,
*General administration / filing,
*Liaising with the internal teams (including credit control),
Reporting to: Credit Manager
*Be immediately available to start / on short notice,
*Proven data entry work experience as a data entry operator or office clerk within a large commercial company,
*Excellent alpha numeric data entry skills,
*Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar & punctuation,
*Familiarity with administrative duties
*The ability to prioritise & take initiative and work well within a team,
*IT literate (incl. data programs, MS Office incl. Excel).
*Experience using office equipment (incl. phone system, printer/scanner)
*Appointment Type: Interim ongoing, possible temp-to-perm
*Pay Rate: £8.00ph - £9.50ph + Holiday, Pension & NI Contribution
*Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm (30mins lunch)
