Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance/Administration Assistant within a Logistic organisation based in Hinckley on a Temp to Perm basis. Being accessible from Lutterworth or South Leicester, you will ideally possess a strong admin background with some finance skills.

Your role will involve the following;

⦁Make sure data is up-to-date and recorded correctly within the system
⦁Accurately creating purchase invoices and recording on system
⦁Dealing with customer service and ensuring the client is constantly satisfied
⦁Taking card payments over the phone and allocation of payments
⦁Data input/scanning / filing/ costing of jobs
⦁Reconciling order statements
⦁Creation of invoices and delivery/collection notes
⦁Query handling
⦁Excel and system skills are a must
