Job Description

Our client a successful international organisation are looking to add an Administrator to their small friendly team.

This is a Full Time Permanent position, and due to the clients location a driving licence is essential.

The role:
⦁Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database
⦁Filing documentation into online system
⦁Retrieval of information from online portals
⦁Inputting terms and preparing quotation letters
⦁Preparation and checking of documentation
⦁Assisting with incoming/outgoing post
⦁Monitoring of the e-mail box and distribution of incoming e-mails as appropriate
⦁Dealing with customers and supplier enquiries and queries by telephone
⦁Producing Invoices
⦁General Office Administration
⦁Other reasonable duties as instructed by the Administration Manager

The person:
⦁GCSE's A-C in English and Maths
⦁Good computer skills
⦁Solid written and verbal communication skills
⦁Confident and courteous telephone manner
⦁Good organisational skills
⦁Able to work under own initiative
⦁A minimum of 6 months Administration/Customer Service experience
⦁A Driving Licence (due to Client location)
