Job Description

Our client - a successful financial services consultancy based in Leicester - is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key internal stakeholders in order to facilitate effective client relations, including direct customer relationships, professional advisors & representatives of the customer / organisation.

You will also be involved in coordinating the firms' marketing function including website management, designing promotional materials, managing & updating customer data, preparing correspondence / mailers and assisting with organising events.

Key duties are as follows:

*Administering existing / new customer details in line with standard procedures,
*Be an ambassador for the firm, providing professional, reliable & courteous customer service at all times. Foster good working relationships with regular clients / contacts / suppliers,
*Managing communications & enquiries, escalating where necessary, acting efficiently and effectively to resolve any queries in a satisfactory manner,
*Provide management with regular progress updates regarding customer service projects / campaigns,
*Oversee the creation & revision of customer literature pertaining to products & services,
*Management of the company website & social media channels, including content updates, disseminating information & making user experience improvements,
*Administering database of marketing contacts, creating & scheduling mailers,
*Assist with organising & attending external events.

The Right Person
*GCSE's + NVQ Lvl-3 in customer service OR equivalent,
*Previous customer service / admin experience is essential,
*Experience of marketing incl. brochure design, administering website / social media content is desirable,
*Effective communication skills,
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
*Excellent planning, organisation & deadline time keeping skills,
*Strong IT skills incl. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

*Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time (office-based)
*Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays (rising yearly in line with service)
