Job Description

Contracts Administrator- Leicester

Our client, a highly successful service sector company seeks a Contracts Administrator.
This is a front of office position so the client the looking for the right person, preferably with a contracting background however training will be provided.

The Role.
*Customer Service.
*Responsible for co-ordinating refrigeration and catering contracts
*Receiving work requirements from clients
*Answering telephones and directing to correct person
*Allocating engineers
*Providing quotations
*Ordering parts
*Collating completed job sheets for invoicing
*Liaising with clients
*PC literate in Word and Excel
*Reporting to Management

Employment Terms

Salary c.£18,500 per annum
Hours of work Mon-Fri 08:30 to 12:30 13:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
30 days holiday per year including 8 Statutory
3 Month's Probation
Pension following Probation
