Our Client – a renowned Not-For Profit organisation based in Leicester – is seeking a qualified Director of Finance & Compliance on a full-time permanent basis to provide effective leadership of finance, governance, procurement & contract services, striving to support the delivery of their strategic plan.


The Role & Right Person

The Director of Finance & Compliance is a key position within the organisations’ management and leadership teams. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with senior leadership to manage & deliver their strategic goals.

Our Client is looking for exceptional individuals with a demonstrable track-record of success, inspiring teams and providing expert finance, compliance & governance support. They are looking for an industry champion who will shape the future direction of the organisations’ Finance & Compliance activities, achieving ambitious targets & driving continual improvement of service.

The successful Candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), possessing solid experience in a similar senior role. You will have a background in delivering excellence in a variety of enabling services incl. finance, governance, information security & contract management. A pro-active, flexible, passionate and effective communicator who will embrace and promote the vision & values of the organisation.
