Finance Assistant/Admin Clerk - Our client, based in North Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant/Admin Clerk on a Temporary to Permanent/Permanent basis.
Ideally being immediately available, your role will involve the following elements;
* Accounts Payable - Invoicing, DN's, PO's, Queries, Payment Runs & Statement Recs
* Cash & Banking - Post incoming & outgoing payments
* Manage petty cash
* Stock Usage and Production - material usage
* Reporting - Haulage reporting, Pallett reporting, Truck reporting & Material usage reporting
* Office Administration - Point of contact for all IT matters
* Book travel and accommodation
* Manage stationary requirements for the business
* Daily office filing
* Answering the phone (1st line)
* Greeting visitors to the office
* General: - To undertake other duties as necessary that are compatible with the nature and grade of the post
