- To take full responsibility for all elements of the Group’s statutory accounts – including preparation of individual and consolidated accounts and liaising with auditors and tax advisers;
- To be responsible for the compliance and reporting of the Group’s VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax and other taxes in UK and in other countries as relevant;
- To be responsible for all aspects of the Company’s payroll – including preparation of Managers’ payroll
- To develop the Group’s sustainability reporting
- To assist the Head of Group Finance in the production of annual company and departmental budgets;
- To be a key player in the use and proactive development of the Company’s core business system (Business Central/Nav);
- To liaise with the following external bodies: HM Customs & Excise, HMRC, Payroll Bureau, External Auditors, customers and suppliers
