Financial Admin/Secretarial role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator/ Secretary to join our professional client and provide essential support across financial administration and office coordination.
About the Role
In this varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both finance and administrative functions. You will support day-to-day accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and provide efficient secretarial and administrative assistance to the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, expenses, and basic financial transactions
- Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
- Supporting budgeting and reporting activities
- Managing correspondence, filing, and document control
- Providing secretarial support including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident with numbers and administrative systems
- Experienced in office administration or finance support (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
