Are you a hands on, experienced Financial Controller with a Manufacturing background and Staff Management experience?

Our client is seeking a Financial Controller Assistant to join their well estabvlished team. If you have a passion for analysis, driving a Finance function, delivering figures to aid business decisions then this role is for you.

Office Based

Full Time – 37 hours per week

Your Role:

• Management Accountants
• Cashflow, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Completion of month end reporting
• Cost saving and efficiencies 
• VAT, Stock and oversee Payroll
• Staff management, training and development
• Plus more

The Right Person:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or AAT)
• Experienced in a similar level role
• Manufacturing background (desireable)
• ERP System Experience
• Strong Excel Skills
• Display initiative, commitment, integrity and ethics, professionalism and adaptability to change.
• Effective communicator
• Commercially aware
