11427 - Financial Systems Trainer Job Spec
Location: Working From Home / Field Based

Summary
As a result of continued growth and Client demand, Paul Mitchell Associates are working exclusively with our Client, an established & highly successful company based in Northamptonshire, to recruit an experienced Financial Systems Trainer on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installations and end user training on several financial products & systems for educational establishments around the world. The role will be largely working from home with web training, regular visits to Clients in the UK and occasionally overseas.


Responsibilities
*Act as financial systems & product trainer for existing & new clients,
*Working with existing Clients to ensure they are using their systems to their full potential effectively,
*Design training programmes based on Client's individual requirements, implementation & roll-out plans,
*Run one to one and groups training sessions in web-based and classroom environments nationally and internationally,
*Assisting with the development of training courses & documentation for effective usage of the finance products,
*Provide training & support to new and existing Employees & Clients on finance systems,
*Disseminate & persuasively promote the benefits of the Company's finance products & systems to new & existing Clients,
*Ad-hoc duties relevant to the role.

Reporting to: Training Manager


Requirements
*Accounting systems & training background is essential (circa 3 years +),
*Be highly organised managing multiple products & capable of working to deadlines,
*Possess excellent communication skills - customer facing & phone,
*Be self-motivated, assertive, proactive & possess initiative,
*Ability to work coherently as part of a team & independently,
*Be comfortable running training sessions for groups (one-to-one & web-based),
*Be willing & able to travel within the UK & Internationally & with overnight stays as and when required.

*QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified or part-qualified accountant or proven QBE. All qualifications should be relevant and up to date,

*SYSTEMS: extensive Sage experience, cloud-based accounting (Accounts IQ preferred), MS Office incl. Excel & PowerPoint,

*ESSENTIAL: DBS Clear & valid driving licence,

*DESIRABLE: Experience working within schools / education sector.

*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: Negotiable (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week
