Job Description

Paul Mitchell Associates are excited to be working Exclusively in the Leicestershire area with this International client to recruit a number of positions.

This innovative Global Leader in their field are looking to add an experienced FP&A Manager to their team on a Hybrid Working basis (4 days home / 1 day in the office)

The role sits in the International head office in London and is a key contact for finance teams across the globe. The role reports to and works closely to support the group finance team. It includes the management of 2 direct reports in London.

The Role:

⦁ Management of the International management accounts and forecast consolidation process covering approx 30. Business units in multiple currencies across Europe, Australia, Asia
⦁ Detailed analysis of business results including variances to plan and prior year, historic business trends, KPI performance
⦁ Preparation of the monthly results presentation for the FD & CFO including detailed commentary
⦁ Driving the annual budget process & quarterly reforecast process across the entire International region
⦁ Develop strong business partnering relationships with members of the International Executive team across sales, operations, product management
⦁ Driving key projects including cost saving initiatives, working capital improvement initiatives supporting the roll out of new products and services and ensuring continuous improvement of processes and procedures
⦁ Managing 2 direct reports in London and supporting finance teams across the globe
⦁ Drive process improvements including shortening month end close and creating monthly reforecasting vs quarterly

The Person:

⦁ Fully qualified, ideally ACA from a top 10 firm
⦁ Worked within a multinational group and comfortable with foreign exchange translation
⦁ Commercially aware with strong operational and business focus
⦁ Experience in a subscription / SaaS type business with reoccurring revenue streams
⦁ Strong IFRS experience
* A proactive individual capable of managing their own workload
* A flexible team player who thinks outside of the box
* A can-do attitude who leads by example
* Experience of managing and mentoring staff


* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience in Oracle ERP - desirable
* Experience in Adaptive consolidation system - desirable

The Package:

*Salary up to £70,000
*Benefits: standard package including holidays and pension
*Expensed travel to the office
