Job Description

Our client based in South Leicestershire is looking to add a Human Resources HR & Administration Assistant to their team.

This role is a Part-Time position approx. 24-30 hours across 4-5 days, the salary on offer is therefore Pro Rata.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
* Typing, Filing & Answering the Telephone
* Speaking with customers & suppliers
* Managing the managements diary & travelling arrangements
* Handling employee data
* Monitoring absences, holidays, new starters, leavers & reference requests
* Any other Human Resources / Admin tasks
