11517 - IFA Administrator
Are you an experienced Administrator who has worked within the financial services sector (either banking, insurance, IFA's etc)?
Perhaps you've had enough of working anonymously within a big corporate? If you answer is yes, then this opportunity could be for you.
Our client, a successful IFA services company specialising in wealth management, based in Leicester is seeking an IFA Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
*Perform administration duties such as the preparation of paperwork for new clients / reviewing clients,
*Process new business from start to finish, whilst maintaining full compliance,
*Handling customer queries,
*Liaise with product providers,
*General administration duties (emails, answering the telephone, photocopying, scanning etc).
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should:
*Possess 3-5 years' experience working within the financial services sector,
*Essential: knowledge of investment, pension and protection products,
*Ideally possess knowledge on Intelligent Office software, IRESS and/or Truth,
*Ideally part or fully qualified Certificate of Financial Planning, or similar,
*Have a positive & proactive approach, able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high quality of work at all times,
*Possess excellent communication skills,
*Be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Salary: £20,000 per annum depending on experience & qualifications
*Hours: Full-time, M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
*Holiday 20 Days + STAT
