11520 - Interim Administrator / Data Entry Clerk Job Spec
Location: North-West Northamptonshire

Our Client based in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join their collections team on an interim basis.

Working in conjunction with the credit team, the successful candidate will be predominantly responsible for the transferring of customer application data / information on to the computer system. The ideal candidate will possess previous data admin experience within a large organisation. Responsibilities include:

*Data input,
*Photocopying, scanning, filing,
*Liaising with the internal teams (including credit control),
*Maintaining confidentiality.

Reporting to: Litigation / Credit Managers

*You must be immediately available to start / on very short notice,
*Be able to commute daily to Crick,
*Proven data entry / administration experience, ideally within a credit environment within a large corporate organisation,
*Excellent alpha numeric data entry skills… attention to detail is essential.
*IT literate (incl. data programs, MS Office incl. Excel).
*Experience using office equipment (incl. phone system, printer/scanner)
*Education: GCSE standard incl. English & Maths.

*Appointment Type: Interim
*£8.41ph - £9.25ph + Holiday Pay, Pension & NI Contribution (£17,500 - £19,000 FTE)
*Hours: Full-Time, 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (30mins lunch). May consider part-time.
*On Site Parking
