MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Leicester / Office Based
Circa £50,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

YOUR ROLE:

  • Take full responsibility for the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts (individual and consolidated).
  • Maintain and develop cashflow forecasts, ensuring strong financial planning.
  • Manage and maintain the Group’s fixed asset register and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, product pricing, and financial analysis to support business growth.
  • Drive process improvements and play a key role in optimising the company’s business systems (Business Central/Nav).
  • Provide financial insights to departments across the business, ensuring informed decision-making.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in preparing and developing management accounts (individual & consolidated).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in product/service costing & pricing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage change and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
