Job Description

Office Administrator. Are you an experienced Administrator with a knowledge of Sage and Word 365? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
With an enviable reputation our client is looking for someone on a permanent basis with a background to cover;

*Answering incoming calls
*Filing of completed orders that have been invoiced
*Archiving as and when but at least once a year
*Franking machine including daily post from the business
*Production note printing including chair / carton labels
*Sends Order confirmations to the customers
*Help with dispatch labels ( POSSIBLY )
*Schedule W&Y sortation for the factory
*Admin support for all salesmen
*Receiving/Printing of all sales 'at' emails
*Processing of sales orders which have been received in accurate manner
*Dealing with any Ad Hoc queries relating to sales either by phone or email
*Collation of daily processing figures for management

The ideal candidate must;
*Be a team player
*Have the ability to liaise between different departments / factories
*Internal sales motivation if possible
*Product knowledge (training provided)
*Outgoing, friendly character
*SAGE knowledge
*Office 365 knowledge
