Job Description

Office Administrator

Our long-established Leicester based client in a construction related sector has an exciting opportunity to join its' administration team. It is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join its' friendly team on a Full Time Permanent basis.

The Role

*Answering phone calls
*Dealing with customer enquiries
*Ensuring staff training is up to date i.e. asbestos awareness training
*Organising employment applications for CRB checks
*Typing up quotes/ creating quotes
*Organizing any reactive maintenance jobs
*Typing up property surveys for presentation to customers
*Invoicing reactive maintenance jobs and calculating the total costs and profit margin for the company
*Making sure vehicles are up to date, including tax, MOT's, servicing and any other repairs needed.
*Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
*Looking after social media accounts, keeping them up to date with photos of projects currently being undertaken/completed

The Person

*Excellent administration skills
*Good telephone manner
*Excellent customer service skills
*Possess sound MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel

Salary £20-£22,000
Holidays -21 + 8 statutory holidays
