Location: Harborough District

Summary

Our Client – a private investment firm based in Harborough – is seeking an experienced administrator / bookkeeper to join their small team on a part-time permanent basis. In summary, your role will consist of:

  • Administration,
  • Basic bookkeeping,
  • Managing incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required,
  • Dealing with email enquiries,
  • Taking minutes,
  • Diary management / arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms,
  • Data entry,
  • General office management such as ordering stationary,
  • Providing administration support to Senior Management.

 

The Right Person

  • A background in administration with basic bookkeeping,
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal & good telephone manner),
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
  • Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills,
  • IT skills incl. VT, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook skills,

 

Package

  • Appointment Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £19,500 - £23,500 FTE (subject to experience)
  • Hours: 5-Part Days (circa 4-5 hours per day)
  • Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
