Location: Harborough District
Summary
Our Client – a private investment firm based in Harborough – is seeking an experienced administrator / bookkeeper to join their small team on a part-time permanent basis. In summary, your role will consist of:
- Administration,
- Basic bookkeeping,
- Managing incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required,
- Dealing with email enquiries,
- Taking minutes,
- Diary management / arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms,
- Data entry,
- General office management such as ordering stationary,
- Providing administration support to Senior Management.
The Right Person
- A background in administration with basic bookkeeping,
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal & good telephone manner),
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
- Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills,
- IT skills incl. VT, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook skills,
Package
- Appointment Type: Permanent
- Salary: £19,500 - £23,500 FTE (subject to experience)
- Hours: 5-Part Days (circa 4-5 hours per day)
- Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
