Job Description

Part Time Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant

Our client, a manufacturing business, is looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant for a 6 Month Maternity Cover Contract.


Responsibilities:
Credit Control
Weekly Payroll - Time & Attendance
Expenses
Journals
Assisting with month end financial reporting
Customer/supplier queries
Provide cover for Purchase and Sales Ledger ad hoc basis
Plus other duties as required to fulfil Finance team goals.

Package
Hours: 24 hours per week (Must work Monday & Tuesday)
Salary: £10 - £12 per hour (Full Time equivalent £20,000 - £24,000 per annum)
Holidays: 24 days + Stat Pro rata
Start Date: 25th October 2021

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Extensive accounts/reconciliation experience
* Experience of payroll processing
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience of working co-operatively as part of a team
* 3+ years working in a similar or relevant role
