Job Description

Part time Admin/HR Assistant. Our vibrant and rapidly growing client based in South Leicestershire is looking to add an Administration/HR Assistant to their team.

This role is a Part-Time position approx 16 hours across 4 days (flexible)

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
* Typing, Filing & Answering the Telephone
* Speaking with customers & suppliers
* Managing the managements diary & travelling arrangements
* Handling employee data
* Monitoring absences, holidays, new starters, leavers & reference requests
* Any other Human Resources / admin tasks

Our client is looking for someone bright, enthusiastic with the ability to work on their own initiative. Team work is also key.
Solid administration, system and communication skills are a must for this role.
