Job Description

Part time - Audio typist/secretary. Our client, a perfectly formed organisation, commutable from the M1 and not far from the city centre has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Audio typist/secretary on a permanent Part Time (12-15 hours per week) basis.
Ideally being immediately available or on short notice, your role will involve the following;

*Audio typing (Phillips 720 transcription system)
*Liaising with clients
*Handling client reports and documents
*Use of Excel and Work
*Secretarial duties including telephone calls, diary maintenance etc
