Job Description

Payroll/Reception PT/FT. Our client, a Practice based in North Leicester has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Payroll/Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Being part of a perfectly formed team within the business, the role in hand, will involve the following;

* Administration of multiple payrolls, both weekly and monthly
* Knowledge of Tax, NI, SSP, SMP etc would be advantageous but not essential
* Handling any payroll queries
* Knowledge of NEST and Pensions would be advantageous
* Sage Payroll ideal
* Telephone/reception duties/emails/client queries/handling
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Letter writing through use of email and/or Dictaphone
