Job Description

Our client based in Loughborough are looking to appoint an experienced Payroller to their small friendly Finance team.

Currently with over 20 locations our client has experienced great success in their sector and plans to continue growing are in place.

The role:

⦁ Inputting details for staff including bank details / P45 / P46
⦁ T&A system management and checking timesheets on a weekly basis
⦁ Processing payroll for over 200 staff
⦁ Processing leavers - Issuing P45 and checking to make sure all deductions or payments due are made
⦁ Updating holidays taken
⦁ Weekly hours reports
⦁ Preparing, checking and sending paperwork for new employees
⦁ Liaising with managers and staff on a daily basis.
⦁ Dealing with pay queries from staff and Managers
⦁ Keeping Personnel files up to date
⦁ Updating procedures and documents when required
⦁ Occasional Reception cover
