My client, an established manufacturer & retailer based in Leicester, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative PR & social media manager to support their Marketing Team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be helping to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content across multiple social media channels and seeking out social media influencers / bloggers.

Key Duties
*Manage content on the company's social media channels (incl. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Blog),
*Assist in creating engaging written, graphic and video content,
*Work with the Marketing Team to develop social media and marketing campaigns,
*Propose new concepts for social media content and assist with photoshoots,
*Work with the Marketing Team to coordinate digital advertising campaigns,
*Carefully schedule up to date and interesting content to create a consistent awareness & interaction, analysing, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimise engagement,
*Help to increase conversion rate and ROI from digital marketing channels,
*Administration of press and social competitions incl. organising prizes and contacting winners,
*Build and maintain relationships with bloggers and influencers,
*Develop key influencer partnerships to continuously increase influencer database,
*Ordering products to gift samples to bloggers, keep database up to date by monitoring budget expenditure and documenting proof of blogger content.

Key Requirements
*Must have experience with and a passion for social media,
*Have a passionate for Pop Culture and Entertainment (i.e. gaming, TV, film, music and alternative fashion),
*Possess a talent for writing engaging copy for the above target audience,
*Not afraid to stand in front of a camera and show her/his face to the public,
*You will possess demonstrable social media channel management and content creation experience, ideally within a commercial environment,
*Able to follow instructions and executing directives effectively and responsibly,
*Effective time management skills,
*Be a creative thinker and be willing to bring fresh ideas to the table,
*Experience working with bloggers and influencers would be an advantage,
*Be flexible and interested in new challenges,
*Exceptional written English skills and a keen eye for detail.

*Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (subject to experience)
*Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
