We don't mind if you are a career Purchase Ledger Clerk, Purchase Ledger Manager, Accounts Assistant or Accountant, we need a solid pair of hands to smash a client project. This is an immediate start role to start straight after Christmas.
We are looking for candidate with Solid Excel skills and a passion for Accounts Payable. This role calls for an experienced and efficient team player with high accuracy skills. This is a busy environment where attention to detail and accuracy is key.
- Query Resolution
- Statement Reconciliation
- Issuing Payments to Suppliers
- Matching electronically
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred (Vlookups essential)
- Other additional ad hoc duties may be involved
- Practical experience in the workplace in a Purchase Ledger or an Accounts capacity is essential
- Solid Excel Skills (vlookups & pivot tables, although some training can be provided)
- Time management skills essential
- Accurate, systematic, hands on and have persistence to see a task through to conclusion
- Confident communicator
- £10 to £13 per hour
- Temp contract
- Full Time 37.5 hours - 8.30-5pm (1 hour for lunch)
- 20 days holiday + stat
