Our client a successful well known organisation based in Leicester are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their small friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance you will be responsible and accountable for assisting with the Purchase Ledger function.
· Processing Invoices, Credit Notes and Petty Cash Forms.
· Dealing with supplier and internal queries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Reconciliation of statements on a monthly basis, making sure queries are resolved
· Completing payment runs.
· Setting up of new suppliers on the system, including sending confirmation letters.
· Adhoc reporting.
This role is being recruited for on a Permanent Full Time basis.
