Purchasing Administrator. Are you experienced in Administration duties, purchase orders and running weekly report's
With an enviable reputation, our client is looking for someone immediately available to cover a maternity leave with excellent communication skills and a background to cover;
- Maintaining files - purchase orders and vendor files
- Running weekly reports
- Dealing with all supplier notifications.
- Helping chase deliveries/due dates
- Setting up new vendor accounts.
- Help with pricing tasks
- Obtain new quotations for out of date pricing
- Manage the stationary cupboard
- Monthly recharge report
The ideal candidate needs;
- Microsoft office skills - mainly excel
- Good telephone manner
- Very organised
- Business Central Navision - not essential as training can be provided
