Receptionist/Administrator. Our client, based in Hinckley has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their organisation. Ideally being immediately available or on short notice, you will possess excellent communication and admins skill. Your role will involve the following;
*Reporting to the Office Manager.
*Being first point of contact for the business
*Meeting and greeting clients and guests
*Answering all incoming calls
*Handling all documentation for company cars, Tax etc
*Stationary order management
*Handling office correspondence, post, emails etc
*Handling admin for Sales
*Arranging travel and accommodation
*Assisting Senior Management
*Looking after meeting rooms
*Prepare meetings and taking minutes
*Proof reading documents
