Receptionist/Finance administrator

You will work for a well-established manufacturing business in Leicester. This firm offers a very friendly and supportive working environment, and has an excellent reputation in the marketplace manufacturing quality products for some premium brands.

Our client is seeking an experienced person to join on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist whose experienced in managing front of house and diverting calls accordingly, solid communication and organisational skills are essential.

Key responsibilities
⦁Answering and filtering phone calls
⦁Welcoming visitors in a warm manner / Greeting and assisting contractors
⦁Inputting Purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
⦁Ensuring parcels are sent correctly with couriers / other postal services
⦁General filing and admin work (e.g. for finance, purchasing, despatch and goods in)
⦁Keeping office generally neat and tidy
⦁Managing temp hours admin
⦁Placing order for stationery and cleaning supplies

Hours of work
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
30 minute lunch break
