Job Description

Our client a successful expanding manufacturer and distributor are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their small friendly team based at their lovely offices in Glenfield.

This role is being recruited for on a Full Time Permanent basis.

The Job:
To ensure the needs and expectations of all of our customers are thoroughly met and satisfied by processing their orders and enquiries in an accurate, efficient and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry - keying in of customer orders onto computerised system;
- Customer enquiries of various nature. This may be by telephone or email :-
- Stock enquiries
- Price enquiries
- Delivery queries / proof of delivery requests
- Arranging returns
- Complaints
- Accessing on-line portals to download orders and communicate with customers
- Processing PDQ credit card payments

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service environment.
- Competent keyboard skills are essential
- Outgoing personality
- Good telephone manner

Hours - 37.5 hours per week (M-T 8.30 to 17.00, Friday 8.30 to 15.45 (30 minute lunch break and 15 minute break mid-morning)
Salary - £18,132 per annum
Location - Office Based
